inundate
swim at your own risk
It’s happened. Jupiter is now in its home bound of Leo. Usually, I track the Sun’s movement through the bounds, but I’ve been watching this ingress for a while now… and it’s finally here.
Mere minutes into the sign, the once-in-a-generation flooding in Europe in 2002 began as Jupiter got a few degrees in. The South Node pops into Leo just as Jupiter leaves its most severe degrees. Flooding til the end of July then. Watch for it. In symbolic and literal ways. Swim at your own risk.
Meanwhile, the Sun, just Full Moon careening past it, traverses the “promiscuous” (Valens) degrees of Venus’s confines in Cancer. The axis of desire and repulsion plays a major role over the next few days. Navigating temptation… Max Ernst’s painting of Saint Anthony says it all:
If you detect floods, circle back and report them in the comments. I’m genuinely curious to see what Jupiter will be up to in the next month.
See you soon,
